药物流产后阴道出血时间延长超声诊断的临床意义

［摘　要］ 目的：探讨药物流产后阴道出血时间延长的宫内声像图特征。方法：对56例药物流产后2周仍有阴道出血的患者行经阴道超声检查（TVS），观察宫腔内情况。结果：56例患者超声声像图特征如下：稍强回声团；混合线回声团；低回声团；宫腔少量积液；宫内膜粗糙。结论：TVS对药物流产后阴道出血时间延长患者寻找原因及临床处理具有重要指导意义。

The Significance for Ultrasound Feature of Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding after Drug Abortion　　Abstract:Objective To Investigate the ultrasound feature for prolonged vaginal bleeding after drug abortion.Methods fiftysix cases who still had prolonged bleeding over two weeks after drug abortion were examined with transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) to observe the situation of intrauterine remainder.Results the characteristic intrauterine ultrasound feature of 56 cases can be shown as five different types:high level echo; mixed level ecdo; low level echo; Intrauterine fluid collection; The endometrial roughness.Conclusion TVS can be improtant significance for finding the cause of prolonged vaginal bleeding after drug abortion and instructing the clinic treatment.

药物流产是一种方便、有效的终止早期妊娠的方法，目前已广泛应用于临床，但部分患者药物流产后阴道出血时间延长。本文对近1年来在我院就诊、服药、检查记录较完整的56例患者的资料进行总结，以探讨药物流产后阴道出血时间延长患者的宫内声像图特征及对临床处理的指导意义。

1　资料与方法。

1.1　研究对象。

56例患者为2004年12月至2005年12月在我院门诊行药物流产后2周以上仍有阴道出血者，年龄18岁~42岁，反复阴道出血时间14 d~25 d。
