【摘要】 目的 探讨记忆合金环抱器治疗四肢骨折的疗效。方法 应用不同型号的记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨骨折、肱骨骨折、尺桡骨骨折、股骨骨折、腓骨骨折、掌骨骨折、跖骨骨折共120例。结果 随访6~24个月，全部患者均获骨性愈合，关节功能恢复满意。结论 记忆合金环抱器治疗四肢骨折，能恢复骨折的稳定性、完整性，手术操作简单，功能恢复佳。

Memory alloy embracing fixator on treatement of limb fracture。

［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the effect of memory alloy embracing fixator in the treatment of extremity fracture.Methods 120 cases of clavicular，humeral,ulnar，radial，femoral，fibular，metacarpal and metatarsal fractures were treated with variant memory alloy embracing fixators.Results All cases were followed up for 6~24 months,all got bony union，and the function recovery was satisfactory.Conclusion It can restore the fracture stability and integrity in the treatment of extremity fracture with memory alloy embracing fixator，which requires simple manipulation and provides good functional recovery.

2000年3月~2005年3月，笔者应用记忆合金环抱器治疗四肢骨折120例，取得满意疗效。

1 资料与方法。

11 一般资料 本组120例，男86例，女34例，年龄25~60岁。锁骨骨折28例，尺骨骨折22例，桡骨骨折15例，腓骨骨折10例，掌骨骨折27例，跖骨骨折11例，肱骨骨折6例，股骨骨折1例，其中粉碎性骨折85例。

12 治疗方法 根据不同骨折部位选择手术径路，逐层切开，显露骨折端，不必剥离太多骨膜，整复骨折断端，选用大小合适的环抱器，粉碎性骨折骨缺损，可植骨先用钢丝作内固定；如断端不稳定，可保留钢丝。将环抱器置于0 ℃~5 ℃消毒盐水中撑开其臂部，迅速置于骨折部位，用30 ℃～50 ℃盐水纱布热敷环抱器，使之紧紧抱住骨折部，尽量取出钢丝以免影响骨折愈合。术后抗炎、理疗及功能锻炼。如粉碎性骨折根据稳定性情况可行石膏外固定1个月。
