顽固性肱骨内上髁炎的外科治疗体会

【摘要】 目的：探讨顽固性肱骨内上髁炎的外科治疗的临床效果。

方法：回顾性分析2009年5月—2016年10月笔者所在科室采用外科手术治疗的21例顽固性肱骨内上髁炎，男8例，女13例，年龄42～66岁，平均49.2岁。

术中清除变性肌腱病灶，增生的病理组织等。

术后随访并采用VAS评分、Nirschl&Pettrone分级法、握力测定对其疗效进行评定手术效果。
