甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病伴肥胖症的临床研究

[摘要] 目的 分析治疗初发2型糖尿病伴肥胖症采用甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍方式的临床疗效。

方法 随机选取2016年3月―2017年1月该院收治的60例初发2型糖尿病伴肥胖症患者资料，分为观察组与参照组，予以参照组患者甘精胰岛素治疗，予以观察组患者甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗，观察并对比两组患者的临床疗效。

Methods 60 cases of patients with newly—diagnosed type 2 diabetes and obesity admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to January 2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups， the control group were treated with insulin glargine， while the observation group were treated with insulin glargine and melbine， and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， the blood glucose level of the two groups was obviously controlled， and the control effect in the control group was lower than that in the observation group， and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P0.05）。

1.2 方法 　　予以对照组患者甘精胰岛素的治疗方式，对患者采用皮下组织注射，起始注射剂量为0.2 U/kg，然后根据患者的具体血糖水平对使用剂量做适当调整，2次用量的调整时间相隔3 d，单次进行药量加减时，使用剂量维持在4 U左右范围内，将患者的空腹血糖值控制在8.0 mmol/L的范围内，持续治疗1个月，观察其临床疗效。

予以观察组患者甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗方式，甘精胰岛素的应用方式与对照组相同，二甲双胍的服用方法为0.5 g/次，3次/d，餐后服用，持续治疗1个月，观察其临床疗效。

1.3 观察指标 　　对两组患者治疗前后的血糖水平状况进行观察与比较，并将两组患者治疗后的胰岛素日用量、血糖达标时间、体重指数值进行观察和对比，把具体数值详细进行记录。

1.4 统计方法 　　采用SPSS 18.0统计学软件对研究结果进行整理与统计。
