依巴斯汀片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗慢性荨麻疹临床分析
【摘要】 目的：分析在慢性荨麻疹疾病的临床治疗中应用依巴斯汀片联合复方甘草酸苷片的临床价值。
方法：选取笔者所在医院2015年 毕业论文网 3月—2016年2月接收的93例慢性荨麻疹患者为研究对象，采用数字表分组法分为两组，对照组45例，研究组48例。
对照组接受单纯服用依巴斯汀片进行治疗，研究组在接受依巴斯汀片治疗的基础上联合复方甘草酸苷片进行治疗。
结果：研究组与对照组临床治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。
结论：慢性荨麻疹患者在依巴斯汀片服用的基础上再接受复方甘草酸苷片口服治疗，可有效提高临床治疗效果，缓解患者的临床症状。
此外，该治疗方式的安全性较高，出现不良反应较少，值得推广使用。
【关键词】 依巴斯汀片； 复方甘草酸苷片； 慢性荨麻疹ki.cfmr.2017.36.004 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674—6805（2017）36—0009—03 【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical value of Ebastine Tablets and Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in the clinical treatment of chronic urticaria disease.Method：Ninety three patients with chronic urticaria received from March 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were enrolled in this study.The digital grouping method was used to divide subjects into two groups.A total of 45 cases in the control group were treated with Ebastine alone.A total of 48 cases in the study group was treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets on the basis of treatment with Ebastine Tablets.Analyzed and compared the clinical value of two different treatment methods.Result：There was a significant difference between the study group and the control group in the clinical treatment effect（P0.05）.Conclusion：Chronic urticaria patients taking Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets on the basis of taking Ebastine Tablets，can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of the disease and alleviate the patient’s clinical symptoms.In addition，the safety of the treatment is also relative high，fewer adverse reactions.It is worth of promoting. 【Key words】 Ebastine Tablets； Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets； Chronic urticaria First—author’s address：The Third Hospital of Xiamen，Xiamen 361000，China 慢性荨麻疹（chronic urticaria）是临床上一种常见的皮肤疾病，荨麻疹指人体皮肤、血管、黏膜等处因受多方面因素的影响导致出现暂时性炎性充血及组织内水肿，而临床上一般将病程超过6周称之为慢性荨麻疹[1]。
该疾病的致病因素较多，药物、饮食、感染、物理及生物因素均可能导致该疾病的发生，患有该疾病的患者在发病初期，局部皮肤会有发痒或麻刺感症状，此后将会迅速出现皮疹。
在发病后1～2 d内，患者受疾病影响会出现食欲不振、全身乏力、发热等临床症状[2]。
通常情况下，患者身上的风团呈白色或扁平发红的水肿性斑，在风团的边缘处伴有红晕[3]。
此外，已出现的风团会在1～2 d内自然消失，但是在患者身体的其他部位会陆续出现新的风疹块[4]。
该疾病会对患者的日常生活与工作造成严重影响，对该疾病的治疗展开相关研究是具有?R床价值的。
本次研究主要探析在慢性荨麻疹疾病的临床治疗中依巴斯汀片联合复方甘草酸苷片的临床价值，研究内容如下。
根据上述研究内容可知，慢性荨麻疹患者在依巴斯汀片服用的基础上再接受复方甘草酸苷片口服治疗，可以有效提高临床治疗效果，缓解患者的临床症状。
此外，该治疗方式的安全性也比较高，出现的不良反应较少，值得推广使用。
