络脉绌急模型大鼠血浆皮质酮、儿茶酚胺水平的变化|血浆渗透压的正常值

【摘要】目的:探寻络脉绌急大鼠模型血浆皮质酮、儿茶酚胺水平的时辰变化,为阐明络脉绌急病理变化打下基础;方法:每天灌服L—蛋氨酸(1g/kg),分别于第10天、第20天、第30天腹腔注射垂体后叶素(10U/Kg),尾静脉采血检测血浆皮质酮、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素;结果:血浆皮质酮在20天时高于对照组,30天时低于对照组,而肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素从20天开始一直高于对照组;结论:在大鼠络脉绌急模型造模进程中,血浆皮质酮呈现先升高后降低的变化,而儿茶酚胺却呈高水平变化。

Cortisonein plasma at 30d was less than that in control group.Adrenaline and noradrenaline in plasma from 20d were more than those in control group.Conclusion   In the development of rat with jerky collateral syndrome,change of cortisone in plasma initially increased and finally decreased,change of catecholamine in plasma.      络脉绌急是络病理论的重要组成部分,临床上络脉绌急的病人多表现为情绪易激动,稍微的精神刺激即可引发冠心病心绞痛发作,下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺轴(HPA)在络脉绌急病理进程中发挥了怎样的作用是值得探讨的重要问题,不仅可以部分阐明络脉绌急的发病机理,同时,也可对防范络脉绌急的发生和发展起指导作用。

1 材料和方法      1.1材料:SD大鼠20只,雌雄各半,体重310±20g,由中南大学湘雅医学院实验动物部提供。

L—蛋氨酸购自北京宏达经科公司,垂体后叶素(pit),天津市生物化学制药厂。

皮质酮放免试剂盒,天江津德普生物技术和医学产品有限公司。

1.2动物分组及模型制备:将20只大鼠分为正常组和模型组,每组10只,雌雄各半。

正常组灌服蒸馏水,模型组每天灌服L—蛋氨酸(1g/kg),于第10天、第20天、第30天,正常组腹腔注射生理盐水,模型组腹腔注射垂体后叶素(10U/kg),于注射后1小时尾部采1ml抗凝血,2000转/分钟离心10分钟,分离血浆备用。

1.3指标检测:放免法测定大鼠皮质酮水平,高效液相色谱法测定肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素水平。

1.4统计学分析:结果以x±s表示,采用SPSS10.0统计软件进行方差分析和q检验,P。
