本土化的文件中心探析

摘要：在欧美，人们早已经习惯于文件中心提供的各种服务，目前关注的是数字化信息技术以及文件中心档案馆化等新情况对现有文件中心的管理方法和管理模式带来的新挑战；而在我国，文件中心仍未得到推广和普及，原因在于许多人认为文件中心的诸多优势都是在国外特定的环境中形成的，由于中外国情存在着很大的差异，担心文件中心在移植中国的过程中会出现南桔北枳的结果。

笔者认为，这种担心并不是多余的，但踯躅不前也不可取，关键是要作好文件中心的“本土化”工作。
